So, it looks like I got sick, but I have no idea what it is. I have a low-grade fever (100.4F, which according to wikipedia is actually the minimum requirement for a low-grade fever) and feel kind of light-headed. No congestion, sore throat, or other symptoms. I figured out I must be sick after falling asleep in the middle of the day while feeling very cold :P

There is one amazing side-effect to this which I found out tonight. I am temporarily impervious to spicy foods. My dad brought home some very hot vindaloo from a local Indian place. The last time I ate it, I had to take frequent breaks. So did my dad and my brother (home from university for his 21st birthday!) This time, I just ate right through it, aware of the peppers but not bothered by them. All I've taken is vitamin C and some homeopathic thing my dad likes oscillococcinum. I don't understand it, but it was an amusing dinner.

Thats a pretty trippy fever... If you could isolate the virus/bacteria and market it, you could make a good deal of money from those food competition guys.

I think that means you've fully adjusted to San Diego and your body is now allergic to Pennsylvania. SRRY
