Oh right, I have my very own LiveJournal that I update with words and sometimes pictures!
My fuse fotobilder client can read small files as of... several days ago. But pics.lj.com was serving up 503s for some reason during seeks ( = reconnect with HTTP Range header) and I haven't felt like figuring out why.
I have work! I'm writing code for duinlas
's secret project and I can't talk about it :P I'm also working on drumming up more work. More on that if it happens.
I beat Quake 4 weeks ago. The internets were totally wrong about it sucking. The single player experience was leaps and bounds better than DOOM 3, and I thought it was more enjoyable than F.E.A.R., though that game had a cooler mood and setting.
Amplitude has been my game of choice for a while now. I've unlocked everything on Normal and almost everything on Brutal, and beaten both those difficulties. I *finally* got to the boss song in the second-to-last arena on Insane (the Slipknot one, which in my opinion is the worst song to have to listen to). I think I may be at the point where my Amplitude music reading skills have stopped improving and I'll be forever limited by my inability to twitch out the fast patterns needed to win on Insane.
Finally, I've been listening to the "classic electronica" station on di.fm for the past few days. It's really good; why have I ignored it for so long?
