I hesitate to say this, because it will jinx me for sure... but I think the new Turbo-Cool 510 has done it. atlas has been running for nearly 5 days, and all voltages are at acceptable levels (according to both the BIOS and lm_sensors).

Now if only I could get a better DVI KVM switch, get my keyboard to work in a USB port, get X to recognize the mouse after a KVM switch with the evdev driver, get firefox to recognize the sidescroller buttons on my mouse, get hardware MPEG acceleration that actually works in MythTV, get NVIDIA to support the hardware deinterlacer on my card in linux... and replace these computers with some newer ones... then I would be happy with my setup :P

I was having freezing problems on my windows box the other day. I took out my pvr-150 which was just sitting in there.. and also blew the thing out with some canned air and now everything is fine. Not sure which one of those two helped it but I suspect it was just over heating so probably both..

I don't know why you and everybody else is so hot for USB keyboards. You can't even rock a Model M without a converter if you want to use USB, and you're just denying yourself a USB port in the back of your computer.

Because the only KVM switches with DVI only have USB ports. I'm using two different switches right now, one for K and one for VM.

Oh, okay. I thought you just wanted to use a USB keyboard for no good reason and were bothered that it didn't work in Linux or some stupid thing.
