Totally off topic to this post but you mentioned that you tried out the cvs e17. That got my supervisor and I really interested in trying it out. However, it seems that there's a password on there. Is there a way I can optain this myself or is it a special comodity? =)

Re: Enlightenment

Are you logging in as anonymous? When it prompts you for the password, just hit enter. And be warned that it's in really heavy development right now; it acts differently and uses different files every time I cvs update. Anyway, the ibar starts out empty. In order to get some icons into the ibar, you want to extract applications.tgz (not favorite_applications) into your ~/.e/e/ which e17 will create for you when you first run it. (I think, this is from memory.)

Re: Enlightenment

Hey thanks for the pointers. Actually, we apparently had a firewall setting that some how prevented us from logging in correctly according to my supervisor. So we fixed that and we are now getting the source and we noticed the heavy dev aspect you speak of too because everytime we browsed the cvs tree, there seems to be new code and it's just the matter of days. =) I am very curious about it though. =)

Hey, sweet!

And if they were all in that four-square format, I'd put it back on my friendspage :P

Anyway, it's now back under my comics folder for Wednesdays.
