Finally got my 412 virtual memory project under control this (Thursday) afternoon. We're paging, we're swapping. Still some cleanup to do, but I'm confident it's working. Also, make pagetables pageable for extra credit, but that should be easily doable tomorrow. It's not due til next Wednesday. And I have yet another project for graphics to do.
I had a really weird morning. Snoozed through my 8:35 alarm, eventually woke up by hearing my phone vibrating. See, I set the phone alarm to tell me that it was time to register for classes at 8:45. And I did. I'm now registered for: Intro to AI, Macroeconomics, and Elements of Drawing 1. I'm also on the holdfile for Management and Organization Theory, since I am last priority to the business school as a computer science major. This has never been a problem, though. The drawing class should be fun.
That scheduling took nearly an hour to do. Then I decided that it was too early and fitfully slept for something like the next hour. I'd keep getting mixed up between when I was awake and asleep, and dreamed that I had just woken up twice that I can remember.
Should I mention that Tuesday was just like unimaginable? Seventy degrees, and daylight saving time had moved us so far ahead that the sun is casting deep, long shadows in mid-afternoon.
It wasn't like that at all today (Thursday). I'm thinking today marks the beginning of the time wherein you try to avoid going outside at all because it's cold and bleak for the next five months, hooray!
Oddly enough, I still feel like coding one of my side projects right now. So, if you'll excuse me...
