Streamer can write quicktime files, which can be over 4GB, but it doesn't support HUFFYUV. Mencoder supports HUFFYUV, but only writes broken >4GB avi files. Transcode can split up AVI files as it goes, but has no HUFFYUV support. The extended AVI format is called OpenDML, and nothing supports it. I give up for now, I am going to sleep.
