So, despite the CRC error, I got AO to work this afternoon. I even managed to level up by killing little animals. Right now, the lag is pretty much unbearable. It was 35 seconds a few minutes ago, and I think it's getting worse. Heh, I can't even log in anymore. I hope they manage to fix this stuff before the release...

... you know, most games I've played time out if it goes over 10 seconds. It seems kinda odd that this one didn't at 35. But - bah - what do I know.

Nope. They really wouldn't like that. You're supposed to pay a monthly fee for the privelage of connecting to theirs!
