I've read somewhere that weather forecasts for the next 24 hours are the only predictions which are right more often than not, being accurate 70% of the time, largely because they're founded pretty well in a real understanding of a scientific field, meteorology. Once you go past 24 hours, though, it all goes to hell and joins the ranks of horoscopes and stock market predictions. | |
