Around 2:30 this afternoon, they told us they didn't need any jurors today, and we were free to go. No trial. I guess they settled. Thus ends my civic duty.

Now I am going to link you to something awesome. The first 3 minutes of this video explains where a certain ubiquitous breakbeat came from. The rest of it is really interesting and expands really far from there, if you can stand to listen to the narrator for 20 minutes.
