Well, I'm now on the government list of pseudoephedrine purchasers because I bought Sudafed Non-Drying Sinus today. I had to show my driver's license. Thanks, PATRIOT Act. Are we safe yet?

I've watched two thirds of Season 3 of 24 in the past two days. Season 1 is still my favorite.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to blame the state and not federal government for your pseudoephedrine licensing deal.

ALso, I thought price here referred to sinus illness and not 24. they aren't consecutive days, I understand, so I'd personally be more apt to call them seasons and not days.

Pennsylvania might be imposing additional restrictions, but this thing comes from the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005 which "reclassifies pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine, and ephedrine as Schedule Listed Chemicals", "requires behind-the-counter storage or locked cabinet storage of SLCs", and "requires that regulated sellers (retail distributors and pharmacies) maintain a written log of purchases".

all righty. I am corrected. In my defense it's from the USA PATRIOT Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005 (I don't think they created forced acronyms for "IMPROVEMENT" and "REAUTHORIZATION," though I may be wrong on that too) and not the original recipe. I heard quite a bit about the original act's provisions, but not so much about the 2005 version except where it altered the earlier one.

As a hardcore 24 fan, I assure you that we refer to them as days.
