I've been exploring what I can do with J2ME lately. I wrote some nice fixed-point arithmetic and trig, a mesh loader, and some simple perspective transformations. It'll be interesting to see how far I can take this before I hit a CPU wall. I expect I should be able to do a decent amount of flat-shaded polys... but with java, who really knows?Short Xvid movie (1.5M)
running on my phone. It's actually smoother in real life (~22fps is the maximum you can get), but capturing a 22fps animation at 25fps does that.
