15-20 minute nap. It actually worked! I am no longer tired. No sleep inertia, no grogginess.
I've been kinda avoiding napping since I was 15. Bad memories of sleeplessness at night, then sleeping in the afternoon only to feel more tired, and also unable to sleep that night... but maybe it's not that bad an idea if I can't keep up with my 7.5 to 9 hours of sleep every day. I'm not about to do the Uberman thing though :D
